The Tamir Fishman Eastern Europe Real Estate Fund was established in July 2007. The Fund raised NIS 238 million in share capital (before leveraging). The Fund is a partnership of Tamir Fishman, Mike Langer, Amir Leibov, and Leumi & Co., a member of the Bank Leumi Group. The Fund operates with the object of investing in land and developing the land, initiating and establishing projects for residential purposes, commerce, and recreation in the large cities and central locations in Eastern Europe, including Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, and the Ukraine. Eastern Europe As is well known, in recent years Eastern Europe is undergoing economic growth. In the various countries which joined or are about to join the European Union, an atmosphere of great opportunities for investments and profits in real estate has been created.
