The area is earmarked for a residential project using the "Build your own Home" method Tamir Fishman Real Estate Fund announced the acquisition of land with an area of 400,000 sq. m. in Septica, which is located north of Budapest, about 20 km. from the center of the city, and about 10 km. from the international airport. In addition, the area is closed to the motorway. The total amount of the transaction is 15.4 million euros plus VAT; the land has approved zoning for an area of 400,000 sq. m. for saturated building and one-floor homes with land. The area is considered to be an area in demand and is fairly green. The residential project planned to be built on the land is for private building (using the "Build your own Home" method of buildings with a piece of land). This acquisition is in addition to the previous purchase that the Fund announced for the acquisition of land in District 18 of Budapest Hungary, for an amount of 10 million euros with a total area of 221 dunam and building approvals for 320,000 sq. m. for mixed use for residential purposes, offices, commerce, showrooms and logistics.
